Common questions

Do I deposit money with Bitzood?

No. Bitzood does not hold a platform cash balance for this external-wallet flow and charges no Bitzood deposit fee. Your wallet controls the funds. A transfer you initiate can still have network or third-party costs.

Is the EVM payout recipient still pending?

Payout configuration has been set. The terminal verifies the current fee configuration before quote review and submission. Configuration is not proof of a funded trade or on-chain fee payout.

Is the proposed 0.03% perpetual fee already charged?

No. The proposed builder-fee feature is not active in the current order path. Venue fees and funding still apply independently.

Does a USD portfolio total work as shared buying power?

No. Assets on different networks and perpetual margin are separate. A swap, transfer or bridge needs an actual supported route, current costs and your wallet approval.

Do price alerts run all day?

Current browser-local targets are checked while their page is open, with manual refresh in conservation mode. Server monitoring and delivery are not active; there is no 24-hour notification promise.

Browsing and profile messages

Bitzood does not collect a payment for browsing or signing the profile and watchlist messages in this preview. These ownership messages are not blockchain transactions.

Trading availability

Solana swaps and perpetual contracts have separate service and wallet requirements; check availability in the selected terminal. Local EVM spot quotes require the approved 0.1% input-asset platform fee and a real payout recipient. Payout configuration has been set; the terminal must still verify the current fee, wallet and route before trading. Routing charges and network gas are separate. No funded execution has been verified in this preview.

Before approving a swap

When trading is enabled, review the executable quote, displayed fees, minimum amount received and expiry. Network costs and any route or platform charges should be assessed at that time. Market movement and price impact can change the value you receive.
