These Terms govern your use of Bitzood ("the Service"). By using the Service you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.
Bitzood is a non-custodial interface for exchanging cryptocurrencies. Swaps are facilitated through third-party liquidity infrastructure. Bitzood does not take custody of your funds; assets move from your wallet, through the exchange process, to the wallet address you provide.
Nothing on the Service is financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Cryptocurrency values are volatile and you may lose value. You are solely responsible for your decisions.
You may not use the Service if you are located in, or acting on behalf of anyone in, a jurisdiction subject to comprehensive sanctions, or if you are a sanctioned person or entity. Access may be restricted where required by applicable law or by our liquidity partners. See our AML & Risk Disclosure for important details.
Estimated amounts include network and service fees where shown. Floating-rate results are finalized when your deposit confirms and may differ from the initial estimate. Fixed-rate quotes are valid only for a limited window.
Swaps are processed automatically in most cases. However, deposits may be subject to automated compliance and anti-money-laundering screening performed by our liquidity partners. Where a deposit is flagged, an order may be delayed, held pending verification, refunded, or in some cases unable to be released. Bitzood does not control these decisions.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bitzood is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, or for losses arising from incorrect addresses, network selection, market movement, third-party infrastructure, or compliance holds.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
